Every stay includes the member-guest discounted rate at Punta Espada — the reduced green fee available only to Villa Espada renters through our private arrangement with the course, saving about $200 per golfer, per round versus published guest fees. Are there any hidden fees or surprise charges?

No. Villa Espada is booked direct with no third-party commission, and every nightly rate already includes your full staff (private chef, butler, daily maid, and driver), two 6-person golf carts, private airport transfers, and access to the Punta Espada member-guest discounted rate. The only costs billed separately are the ones you control: food and beverage for chef-prepared meals (at cost plus a 15% service charge, with no restaurant markup), Punta Espada green fees (at the member-guest discounted rate, settled at checkout), any additional golf carts ($75 per cart, per day), and optional extras such as El Dorado Water Park day passes. A refundable $2,000 security deposit is collected at check-in and returned within 7 days, staff gratuity (customarily 8–10% of the villa rate) is at your discretion, and groups above 16 guests add $100 per person, per night.
