Villa Espada is a 6- or 8-bedroom private estate on Fairway 5 of Punta Espada, managed on island by Palmera Villas. These two 7-night plans are starting points, not fixed packages — the destination team can shape either one around your dates, your group and how much you want handled, from golf and transport to meals and excursions.
Both weeks can run on standard chef service with groceries billed at cost plus a 15% service charge, on pre-arrival provisioning, or on an optional Palmera meal plan with fixed per-person pricing — and because the villa includes a chef, those plans carry no extra chef fee. Villa Espada is not automatically all-inclusive; the base nightly rate always stays separate.

The golf week suits groups focused on playing Punta Espada, Corales, Las Iguanas and Casa de Campo across the week. The family week centers on beaches, Scape Park, the water park, a boat day and easy meals. Many groups mix elements of both.
