Villa Espada is completing a $1.5 million renovation. At its heart is a new second-level entertaining terrace crowned by a 20-foot infinity pool that looks straight down Fairway 5 of Punta Espada to the Caribbean Sea — the Jack Nicklaus Signature course ranked #1 in the Caribbean by GolfWeek for eight consecutive years. When the work is finished on November 1, 2026, it will give the estate a second, elevated pool and an open-air terrace built for sunset gatherings above the fairway.

The renovation adds to the estate — it takes nothing away. Villa Espada remains the only private rental estate in Cap Cana with a direct fairway address, sitting right on Fairway 5 of Punta Espada. It rents as a 6- or 8-bedroom estate for up to 22 guests across 15,000+ square feet, with a private chef, personal butler, and daily maid service included, two six-person golf carts, and the Punta Espada member-guest discounted rate booked through the villa. The existing ground-level pool and 16-person hot tub stay exactly where they are — the new second-level terrace and infinity pool are an addition above them.
