There is no third-party booking site between you and the villa, which is why the calendar on this page reflects the real availability of the house rather than a channel copy of it.
Once dates are agreed, the villa staff take over the logistics: the private airport transfer is arranged around your flights, the chef plans menus against your group's preferences, and Punta Espada tee times are booked through the villa at the member-guest discounted rate. Nothing about that process changes with the season or the configuration you choose.
Size it to the guest list. Villa Espada rents as either a 6-bedroom configuration sleeping up to 16 guests or the full 8-bedroom estate sleeping up to 22. The staff, golf carts, and golf inclusions are identical in both; the only differences are how many of the eight en-suite bedrooms are open and the nightly rate.

Groups of 17 to 22 can only be accommodated in the full estate. Every booking, in either configuration, includes a private chef, a butler and villa manager, daily maid service, a private airport transfer, two complimentary six-person golf carts (two more available to rent at $75 per day each), and the Punta Espada member-guest discounted rate, a reduced green fee available only to Villa Espada renters that saves about $200 per golfer, per round. Las Iguanas, Cap Cana's second Jack Nicklaus Signature course, is 2 minutes away by cart, with nine holes open now, including oceanside holes on the back nine, at regular rates.
Food and beverage is the main cost outside the nightly rate: groceries for chef-prepared meals are billed at cost plus a 15% service charge, with no restaurant markup, and most groups budget about $50 to $75 per person, per day. Off-property transport to Corales, La Cana and other nearby courses is arranged by the villa staff and billed separately by Palmera Villas; the airport transfer and the two golf carts remain included.
The peak dry golf season runs December through April, which lines up with winter in the northern United States and Canada and is when the calendar fills first. Holiday weeks carry the seven-night minimum and the holiday rate; peak season carries a five-night minimum. Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is about 15 to 20 minutes from the villa gate with nonstop service from many major US and Canadian cities, and the Dominican Republic stays on Atlantic Standard Time year-round, so East Coast travelers see one hour of difference in winter and none in summer.
