Most villas fit one kind of trip. Villa Espada fits several, because the rooms change with the guests. Pairs of extra-long twin beds lock together into kings, so the same bedroom hosts two golf buddies or one couple. Full- and twin-size Murphy beds fold down for children and extra players, and nine free-standing privacy screens divide larger rooms for singles groups. Villa Espada rents as a 6- or 8-bedroom estate; the detail below covers all eight rooms. Villa Espada is one estate, offered two ways: as a six-bedroom villa, or as the full eight-bedroom estate. Same house, same staff, same pools — you pay for the space your group needs. The villa has eight physical bedrooms, every one with its own private bathroom — nine full baths and two half baths across more than fifteen thousand square feet.
The six-bedroom configuration sleeps up to sixteen guests. The full eight-bedroom estate sleeps up to twenty-two. Unneeded rooms are simply closed off.
Both configurations include the same private chef, butler, daily maid service, private airport transfer, and two six-person golf carts. Nightly rates for the six-bedroom villa run from twenty-five hundred dollars in low season to four thousand in peak season and seventy-five hundred over the holidays. The full eight-bedroom estate runs from three thousand, forty-five hundred, and eighty-five hundred.
Minimum stays are four, five, and seven nights. The base rate covers up to sixteen guests. In the eight-bedroom estate, guests seventeen through twenty-two add one hundred dollars per person, per night.
