Villa Espada is a fully staffed private estate on Fairway 5 of Punta Espada, managed on island by Palmera Villas. Your rate already includes a private chef, personal butler, daily maid service, private airport transfer and two golf carts. On top of that, the destination team can help coordinate the moving pieces of a full week — golf, transportation, groceries, meals, in-villa massage, restaurants, boats and excursions. You choose how much you want handled.
Villa Espada is a private estate, not an all-inclusive resort — but you can make the stay as hands-off as you like. The base nightly rate always covers the villa and its included staff and carts; food, beverages and optional services are arranged on top of it.
Use the included private chef while food and groceries are billed separately at cost plus a 15% service charge, with no restaurant markup — about $50–$75 per person, per day for three chef-prepared meals plus beverages. Maximum flexibility for groups eating out or on the go.
Arrive to a stocked villa. The destination team can coordinate pre-arrival groceries and house-bar stocking so the first afternoon starts at the pool, not the supermarket. Beverages and adult drinks are provisioned separately from food.
Palmera offers optional meal-plan and all-inclusive packages for eligible villas. Ask us to confirm the current Villa Espada options, inclusions and pricing for your dates — the base nightly rate remains separate.
Every service below is labeled one of three ways so there are no surprises: included in your rate, a villa guest benefit that comes with staying here, or available to arrange for a separate charge.
Optional service pricing and package terms are set by Palmera Villas and can change. Ask us to confirm current options and pricing for your dates.
By default, your private chef prepares meals and food is billed at cost plus a 15% service charge, with no restaurant markup — about $50–$75 per person, per day. For groups that prefer a fixed, predictable food budget, Palmera Villas offers optional all-inclusive meal and beverage plans. Because Villa Espada already includes a private chef, these plans apply with no extra chef fee — villas without a chef pay US$200 per day to add one. Villa Espada is not automatically all-inclusive; a plan applies only when you choose one, and the base nightly rate always remains separate.

A large golf trip means multiple tee sheets, airport arrivals, course transportation, meals, carts and restaurant nights. The Palmera destination team can centralize those logistics around one estate — with Punta Espada booked at the member-guest discounted rate — so instead of splitting the group across hotel rooms and restaurant checks, lodging, staffed service, meals and golf all stay under one roof. An applicable meal plan can also make food a predictable per-person cost.
Have Our Team Build My Golf WeekKeep meals flexible with chef service and groceries, arrange pre-arrival provisioning, or — if a current package applies — choose a Palmera meal plan. The team can help coordinate beach days at the Eden Roc Beach Club, Scape Park, the El Dorado Water Park, in-villa massage and split golf/non-golf days, so the week stays busy without a parent planning every meal, ride and excursion.
