Villa Espada is a 6- or 8-bedroom private estate on Fairway 5 of Punta Espada that sleeps up to 16 or 22, with two pools, a 16-person hot tub, a private chef, butler, daily maid and two golf carts included — and dogs are welcome. It's managed on island by Palmera Villas, whose destination team can coordinate beach days, excursions, transport, meals and massages. You choose how much you want handled.

Punta Cana International (PUJ) is about 20 minutes away and a private airport transfer is included. Pre-arrival groceries can be coordinated so snacks, breakfast items and family staples are ready when everyone arrives. If a house bar is set up, adult beverages are kept separate from the family groceries and billed accordingly.
Villa Espada includes complimentary access to the Eden Roc Beach Club (subject to availability; not available Christmas, New Year or Easter). Food, drinks and gratuities are paid at the club. If the family plans lunch at the beach, a breakfast-and-dinner half-day plan — if currently offered — is often more practical than paying for a lunch plan that goes unused.
Scape Park, home to the Hoyo Azul cenote, zip lines and cave trails, is a short drive and an easy adventure day for older kids. Tickets are purchased separately. The natural rhythm is breakfast at the villa, lunch on the excursion, and dinner back home — a good day for a partial meal plan or standard chef service.
The El Dorado Water Park is a crowd-pleaser for younger children; tickets are purchased separately and are not included in the villa rate. Same flexible meal logic applies — breakfast at the villa, lunch out, dinner back home — so you're not paying for meals the family won't be there to eat.
Golfers can play Punta Espada or the open front nine at Las Iguanas (both about three minutes by cart), while the rest of the family rides at the nearby equestrian center. Regroup for dinner at the villa — through standard chef service or the family's meal plan if one was selected.
A catamaran or private boat day is an easy family highlight. The destination team can coordinate the charter and transportation, while the kitchen schedule is adjusted to the family's return time so dinner is ready when you're back.
Close the week with a relaxed family dinner at the villa. Ask about a final celebration dinner and current special-event options if you're marking a birthday or anniversary during the stay.
