Villa Espada is a 6- or 8-bedroom private estate on Fairway 5 of Punta Espada with two pools, a rooftop infinity terrace, a 16-person hot tub, a private in-house spa, and a private chef, butler, daily maid and two golf carts included. Take as few or as many rooms as you need — it works as well for a mother and daughter as it does for a full family. It's managed on island by Palmera Villas, whose team can coordinate beach days, excursions, transport, meals and massages, so a short getaway stays easy.
Complimentary access to the Eden Roc Beach Club, plus Juanillo Beach a short cart ride away for a second beach-club afternoon.
Two in-house masseuses daily at $60 per hour, per person; the spa's two massage beds, showers and infrared sauna are free to use.

Punta Cana International (PUJ) is about 20 minutes away and a private airport transfer is included. Groceries and favorites can be pre-stocked so the fridge is ready on arrival. Settle in by the ground-level pool or up on the rooftop infinity terrace, then keep the first night easy with a dinner in from the private chef.
Villa Espada includes complimentary access to the Eden Roc Beach Club (subject to availability; not available Christmas, New Year or Easter). Food, drinks and gratuities are paid at the club. An easy cart ride to Juanillo Beach — Cap Cana's celebrated white-sand beach — adds a second beach-club afternoon if you want it.
Scape Park — home to the Hoyo Azul cenote, zip lines and cave trails — is a short ride and an easy half-day adventure. Tickets are purchased separately. Come back to the villa to unwind by the pool, then a casual chef dinner at home.
A slow morning, then mother–daughter massages with the villa's two in-house masseuses ($60 per hour, per person; the spa itself is free to use). In the evening, a smart-casual dinner at La Palapa by Eden Roc — the beachside restaurant at the Eden Roc Beach Club, with seafood and pasta over the water. The butler arranges the reservation; dining is paid at the restaurant.
Check-out is 11:00 AM, with a private transfer back to Punta Cana (PUJ). Ask about a late breakfast on the terrace before you go.
Because the villa includes a private chef, you're not tied to restaurant reservations every night. Food and groceries are billed at cost plus a 15% service charge, with no restaurant markup. The optional Palmera meal plans are priced for groups of six or more, so for a mother–daughter party the chef simply cooks à la carte around your plans.
