As a Villa Espada guest, you access Punta Espada Golf Club at the same discounted rates reserved for Cap Cana property owners — significantly below the standard visitor green fee. Your butler arranges all tee times. Green fees are billed at checkout at member rates.
Your dedicated chef prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktail snacks, and any special celebration meals. Your butler will contact you before arrival to discuss menu preferences, dietary requirements, and any special events. Food and beverage costs are billed at cost plus a 15% service charge — not included in the villa rate.
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is approximately 20 minutes by private vehicle. Your private driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign. The transfer is included in your villa rate for all guests.

Yes — Villa Espada is a spectacular venue for destination weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and group events up to 22 overnight guests (larger events by arrangement). Your butler coordinates catering, decoration, entertainment, and all logistics.
Cap Cana is one of the safest destinations in the Caribbean. The resort operates as a 24-hour gated community with controlled access points and professional security personnel. The Cayuco neighborhood within Cap Cana has its own additional security layer.
