Every stay at Villa Espada includes a full staff: a private chef, a butler, daily maid service, and a private airport transfer. Two six-person golf carts are included for getting around Cap Cana. Guests receive the member-guest discounted rate at Punta Espada, booked through the villa, saving approximately two hundred dollars per golfer, per round. You also get complimentary access to the Eden Roc Beach Club, except at Christmas, New Year, and Easter, with other dates subject to availability. Inside the villa: two swimming pools, including a rooftop infinity pool, a sixteen-person hot tub, a private spa with two massage beds and a two-person infrared sauna, a fitness room, a private putting green, a whole-house and outdoor Sonos sound system, and large smart TVs in every bedroom and every living space. All free to use. Food and groceries for your chef's meals are billed at cost plus a fifteen percent service charge, with no restaurant markup — typically fifty to seventy-five dollars per person, per day. In-house massages are sixty dollars per hour, per person. One rate, one staff, the whole estate.
