Both configurations share the same staff, pools, hot tub and grounds. The 6-bedroom tier suits groups up to 16; the full 8-bedroom estate opens the four-bedroom guest wing for groups of 17 to 22. Minimum stays are 4 nights in low season, 5 in peak season and 7 over Christmas, New Year and Semana Santa.
